What is the Future for New Movie Releases?
This video is coming out later than expected, but I wanted to start a discussion about the future for new movie releases due to Disney’s announcement for Mulan on Disney+. For a while now, we have been waiting to see the fate of new film releases with Mulan being a major one in particular. We saw many dates get pushed around then removed. Disney finally decided to bite the bullet and release Mulan, one of their most anticipated films, on their streaming service, Disney+. The movie will be available to Disney+ subscribers on September 4, but for an additional fee of $29.99. I was surprised when I heard this news so I wanted to share a video with you of my thoughts on the situation and to see what you guys think of Disney’s decision.
